Everything Bagel Dip

This little dip recipe comes from Cooking Light Magazine. It is so easy to whip up!!! Everything bagels are my favorite.....so making this was a no-brainer for me. It is super yummy and makes for a quick, on-the-go lunch (I also drizzled, okay, lets me honest here, poured it over a baked potato with roasted veggies for dinner one night).

*This is enough for ONE serving only. If you want to serve it to a crowd at a party, I suggest quadrupling the recipe. Also, subbing out sour cream instead of plain yogurt would be a decadent swap!  Enjoy!

1 cup full fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp poppy seeds
1/8 tsp caraway seeds
3/4 tsp dried chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together (don't leave any ingredient out- they all mix perfectly to create this delicious dip).  Serve with carrots, celery, cucumbers, bell peppers, pita chips....whatever your dipping little heart desires!
